One Drive

What is OneDrive?

  1. OneDrive is Microsoft's storage service for hosting files in the "cloud." It is available for free to all students at Servite College.
  2. OneDrive offers users a simple way to store, sync and share various types of files, with other people (teachers) and devices on the internet

To LOGIN to OneDrive always use your CEWA account.

ie jsmith4@student.cewa.edu.au

 

Setting up OneDrive on you iPad and Creating Folders.

OneDrive - Rename Files

Sometimes you end up with a lot of files called "Document1" or "Document2".
You need to be able to rename files so they have useful names

Missing Onedrive?

If you are missing Onedrive as an option to add documents or save documents then follow the instructions in the video above to put Onedrive in your options.

Create a Shared Folder for your Group

Open the OneDrive app
Create a folder called "STEM Project"
Share this folder with the two students either side of you. This email will be the one that ends with @student.cewa.edu.au
Make sure you choose "Allow Edit"

Open the OneDrive App on your iPad.
Create a Folder for each Subject you have plus one called ICT.

OneDrive - FIles in Folders

Open the OneDrive App.
Open one of the Subject Folders you have created.
In this folder Create a NEW Word file.
